Lumikha Studios was built from a deep love of culture, craftsmanship, and timeless design.

I was born and raised in the Philippines — a country rich in artistry, texture, and tradition. Growing up, I was surrounded by stories woven not just through words, but through hands. Hands that created, preserved, and passed down generations of craftsmanship. Among these traditions is the art of weaving abaca — a natural fibre native to the Philippines, known for its strength, beauty, and enduring character.

As someone who has always loved bags — their structure, their purpose, the way they complete a look and quietly (or even boldly) express identity — I dreamed of creating and sharing something that honoured where I come from whilst embracing how we live today.

Lumikha means “to create” and this brand is exactly that: a creation of heritage and modernity woven together.
